Download problem

Hi John,
I seem to be having a problem with downloading. It keeps telling me that I am not logged in, but I am logged in. Just when I go to the forums to download for the challenges, that's when it tells me I am not logged in and can't download. This has been going on since I joined this site. Help!

Susan,

I've checked your profile, and everything seems to be correct there. Check to make sure your browser is not the cause by deleting your browser cache and temp files, as well as making sure that you have your security settings set to allow sbelements.com and scrapbook-elements.com. This goes for your Pop-Up Blockers, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, etc. You can also try a different Browser to see if that makes a difference.
