Default Our Final Book of Me ~ October: What Scares Me....

You've made a book for your children, you've made a book for your grandchildren,
you've made several books for neighbors and even made one for the loss of your pet...isn't it about time you made a book for yourself?
Introducing - the BOOK OF ME challenge.
Yes, that's right.... Miki Ferkul and Saxon Holt challenge you to make just ONE page a month about yourself. Come on and join us, you're WORTH scrapping about!

In keeping with the spooky Halloween there,
for the month of October 2009, our Book of Me Challenge focuses on:
"What Scares Me......"

Some layout or journaling prompts might include:

• What was the scariest moment in yur life?
• What were your childhood fears?
• Did you have a scary dream that kept haunting you?
• Did you have a favorite scary movie?
• Or go deeper and face some of your primeval life fears.....
• Were you ever able to overcome something that frightened you for a long time? Tell us how!

We can't WAIT to see what you all come up with this month!

Here's a peek at the mini kit- we're attaching 2 papers and a piece of word art to this post.
A link to the mini kit will be PMed to you once you've posted your layout in the Book of Me Gallery
and then leave us a link in this thread so we can all "ooooo" and "aaahhh" over your special page!

By the way- feel free to elaborate on the challenge and make it a 2 page spread if the feeling moves you.
We'll give you the inspiration and you get to run with it!

this looks like a wonderful kit.
When I click on image some kind of picture viewer comes up and it only lets you download papers at 20% and wordart at 53%.
It did that last month too.

Yes- that's how it worked for me, but once I right-clicked and saved, I compared the resolution, size and quality of the files and it was identical to the pieces in the kit!
Try saving them and see how it goes- otherwise, I'll zip them up and get them to you another way!

I'm sorrry I even mentioned it. It was just a different way to download the papers that were here. It worked just fine.

I didn't read the title very well. Didn't know this was the last month for it.
I was just getting into the topics.

That's OK Jill- the first time I saw that black screen and viewer come up it really threw me fora loop too.
Saxon and I are putting our heads together for a new challenge to start after the holidays though! It's been so much fun doing this one~
